01Who you are dealing with

Organic Search is run by an individual operating as a sole trader. The operator name, address and contact address are listed on the contact page.

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, who act as the merchant of record. That means Dodo is the seller for the payment itself, and their buyer terms apply to the transaction alongside these terms.

02What the service does

Organic Search checks how a website appears in Google results and in answers from AI assistants, scores what it finds, and returns each issue as a fix you can apply yourself.

We measure and report. We do not change your website, write or publish content for you, or act on your behalf anywhere. Applying a fix is always your decision and your action.

Search engines and AI assistants change their answers constantly and we do not control them. We do not promise any particular ranking, mention, placement or traffic result.

03Your account

You need an account to use the paid service. Keep your login details to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has them.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

04Sites you submit

Only submit a website you own or have permission to analyse. You are responsible for having that permission.

Do not use the service to attack, overload or scrape a site you do not control, to break the law, or to work around another service's terms.

We can suspend an account that is being used this way.

05Plans, billing and price changes

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout, and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices and what each plan includes are on the pricing section of the homepage.

Taxes are calculated and collected by Dodo Payments at checkout based on where you are.

If we change a price, the change applies from your next renewal and we will tell you before it takes effect. You can cancel before then.

06Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and then stops. Refunds are covered by the refund and cancellation policy.

07Availability

The service is offered as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, and we may change or remove features.

We will give reasonable notice before retiring something paid customers rely on.

08Your data

What we collect and why is set out in the privacy policy. You keep ownership of the content and the sites you submit.

09Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost traffic, lost revenue or indirect losses arising from your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the last change. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it applies.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country listed on the contact page, and its courts have jurisdiction.
